Refund and Cancellation Policy

14-day guarantee on your first report. Tell us what did not fit, and the refund is yours.

If your first purchased report is not what you hoped for, request a refund within 14 days from your account. We ask a few short questions about what did not fit, and the refund is processed regardless of your answers. The guarantee applies once per account, to your first purchased report. It is also set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Aside from the first-report guarantee above, digital products (such as reports, guides, or paid matching features) are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, so other purchases are generally final once access has been granted or the download has begun, subject to your consumer rights below.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law and the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020). You are entitled to a remedy where a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to do what it is meant to do.

For your first report, use the refund option in your account. For any other purchase that was faulty, not delivered, or not as described, contact us within 14 days at hello@dubaischoolmatch.com with your order details and the problem. We will review and, where appropriate, repair, replace, or refund.

If any feature is offered on a recurring basis, you can cancel at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges and does not refund the current period unless required by law.
