Which schools does it cover?
Every KHDA-registered private school in Dubai, as of July 2026. The AI School Matchmaker™ builds on KHDA's inspection framework and adds what a rating cannot tell you. A rating says how good a school is. It does not say who it is good for.
Is this a test of my child?
No. Your child answers nothing, passes nothing and gets no score. You answer the questions, and they are about everyday behaviour you already see at home. How your child starts something new, what they do when it gets hard, what fills them up and what drains them. There are no right answers and no labels. The AI School Matchmaker™ turns your answers into a picture of where your child does well, then finds the schools that match that picture. It describes your child today, and today is exactly what choosing a school this year needs.
How does the matching actually work?
You answer the Matchmaking questions about your child. The AI School Matchmaker™ builds your child's learner portrait from your answers, then brings in the criteria every parent starts with, curriculum, fees, location, year group. On top of that comes the layer only the AI School Matchmaker™ has, where the portrait of your child meets the everyday reality of each KHDA-registered school in Dubai. That is where the match is weighed and scored for your child, this year. More than 40 things are weighed for every school, from the fee for your child's own year group and the commute from your area, to what the school teaches at the phase your child enters and how your child handles a hard day. Every match comes back with the reason in plain words, so you know why each school is on your list before you ever walk through its gates.

What about my child's data?

Your child's privacy comes first. We only collect the information needed to create their personalised Match Report, and their first name is completely optional.

Your child's information is handled with appropriate privacy and security measures and used only to provide your Match Report and related service.

You remain in control of your information and can ask for it to be deleted at any time by writing to hello@dubaischoolmatch.com.

The free school search does not require any information about your child.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Your first Match Report comes with a 14-day guarantee. If it did not feel right for your child, tell us what did not match and request your refund within 14 days.

The guarantee applies once per account, to your first report. We ask a few short questions to help us improve, but your answers do not affect your refund.

How up to date is my Match Report?
Your Match Report is created using the latest KHDA information available when your report is generated. Every fee shown in the report includes the academic year it relates to, so you can see exactly what the figure is based on. School fees, ratings, availability and admissions information can change after your report is issued. Your Match Report is therefore a point-in-time decision tool rather than a live monitoring service. Before applying, accepting a place or making a payment, please confirm the latest details directly with the school.
Why do you ask what did not match before refunding?
Every answer helps us understand what went wrong and make the Matchmaking better for the next family. You are not just requesting a refund. You are helping another parent make a better school decision. We ask only a few short questions, and your answers do not affect your refund.

If something looks wrong in your report, tell our AI support agent in your account. It checks your case against your own answers and the school data behind them, and it answers most questions in minutes, at any hour. The rare case that needs a human eye gets one.
